Join us for an hourlong program on NOV 04 at 5.00pm on Zoom, in English, with Cindy Montgenie, business entrepreneur and consultant. In the session Cindy will cover her journey as a young woman, student, job seeker, and career professional in the Tech Industry. A lively interview format, including Q&A with the audience, will be in English.

Being born in the exotic French Guiana, where rockets are launched, Cindy, future of work expert, international speaker, and high-performance strate- gist, caught early on the spirit of thriving for more. As a black woman, she defied the odds of becoming an award winner executive director at HP and running a $900M business unit in the fast moving, highly competitive, and male dominated technology industry. As the CEO of New Skies Nation, a business and leadership development consultancy, she has equipped thou- sands of leaders throughout the world with modern leadership strategies so they can play bigger and execute faster in the never normal age. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, mid-size companies and non-profit organizations. Cindy has lived in France, Sweden, Mexico, and Venezuela. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. She is currently based in Miami.

“PARCOURS DE FEMMES” is an original program offered by the Alliance Française Miami Metro since 2018, intended to inspire young adults. It features role models who have succeeded in careers that may have previously been reserved to men. The two most recent featured speakers were an Air Force army captain and a person with a career as a  perfume “nose”.
