Join us for a live demonstration by Héloïse Brion of Miss Maggie’s Kitchen who will be preparing a holiday Pavlova, her modern take on the festive bûche de Noël!

Héloïse Brion’s early life was rhythmed by mealtimes—from her childhood in Florida, where her mother proudly upheld the tradition of the French family dinner, to summers spent in the Pyrenees, where her grandmother cooked over a wood-fire oven. Her life-long passion for food and gathering with friends and family around the table followed her back to France where she pursued a career in fashion. After settling into a beautiful old hunting lodge in Normandy with her young family, what initially began as a whimsical pastime turned into Miss Maggie’s Kitchen—her brand that blends cooking, travel, and lifestyle in a perfect alchemy.

Héloïse Brion worked for fifteen years in the fashion industry before deciding to pursue her passion for cooking. She has contributed recipes to numerous publications, including Food 52, Food and Wine, Delish, Irish Tatler, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Sunday Post, Country and Town House, ELLE, Madame Figaro, and Elle à Table. She has shared her recipes in over a hundred Instagram Live events and has held cooking and table setting workshops at venues like French in Calabasas, California, and at My Little Paris in France.
