Class size: minimum 6 participants – maximum 10 participants

Discover the secrets of traditional French cuisine with Marie-Anne Duncan (MAD) — a passionate cook who has led hundreds of cooking classes in London for over 20 years. Her classes are designed to make French cuisine fun, approachable, and full of flavor. Learn authentic recipes, explore ingredients, and enjoy useful tips to recreate the French art of cooking at home.

Join Marie-Anne for a series of interactive cooking classes combining practice, tradition, and conviviality. Each class ends with a shared meal — the dishes you’ve prepared together!

Format: 3-hour class (9:30 am – 12:30 pm)

  • 9:30 am – 11:30 am: hands-on cooking with Marie-Anne
  • 11:30 am – 12:30 pm: shared lunch on site
