L' AFMM and Miami Accueil have the pleasure to invite you to meet their exceptional guest, the author Seh Lynn who will present her book "Deux coréennes".

"Deux coréennes" or " The hard road out " (in English) is much more than a testimony, it's a story written by a South Korean, constructed with sensitivity and depht , immersing the reader in the extraordinary destiny of Jihyun Park, a North Korean refugee living in the United Kingdom . Come to the Alliance Française to discover the extraordinary story of survivance, resilience and quest of freedom.

During this event, Seh Lynn will discuss the book, its themes of identity, survival, resilience, and the human realities behind the division of the Korean peninsula. The conversation will be held in French and will offer participants a unique opportunity to engage with the author, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of this remarkable story.

Seh Lynn is a South Korean author and storyteller based in London. Through Two Koreans, she gives voice to the lived experience of a North Korean defector while weaving her own reflections as a woman from South Korea. Her work builds bridges between cultures, memories, and histories, offering a rare and deeply human perspective on one of the world’s most divided regions.
