Jacques Brion Scholarship

The scholarship honors Jacques Brion, co-founder and 1st President of the Alliance Française Miami Metro (2018). He played a key role in securing official accreditation and championed the creation of a strong Alliance to promote French language and francophone culture in South Florida.

This Scholarship supports:

• Students and young professionals in enriching their proficiency in the French language and discovering francophone cultures through AFMM classes or special projects.
• Teachers seeking accreditation to teach French as a Foreign Language (FLE), with priority given to AFMM classes, extended to the Miami bilingual schools (homologuées or LabelFrancÉducation).
• AFMM in improving its equipment and resources for the benefit of its students, teachers, and members.
