In the series "Au fil des couleurs," Bénédicte Blanc-Fontenille will take us on a virtual walk in a color
corresponding to a month. The color for June is yellow ochre.
In each session we will discover the origin of a different month's color, its history and its symbolism, and see how some artists have used the color. We will continue with some French expressions that incorporate the color. Together, we will discuss how and where the color is used around us every day. Bénédicte will conclude each session by reading a text or a poem relating to the color.
Bénédicte Blanc-Fontenille is a French multimedia artist and graduate of the École des Beaux Arts. She is also an actress and an art therapeutic coach. She has lived and worked in Miami since 2001.
The Zoom link will be sent out prior to Friday, June 26th.
